The report shall be submitted to the Principal along with all original documents. If the complaint is not related to sexual harassment, ICC may refer it to the Grievance Redressal Cell.
ICC shall follow procedures laid down in UGC Regulations 2015 & the Sexual Harassment Act, ensuring confidentiality and a time-bound inquiry.
Any female employee (faculty, student, or non-teaching staff) may approach ICC for redressal.
“Sexual harassment” includes unwelcome sexually inclined behaviour such as physical advances, sexual favours, sexually coloured remarks, showing pornography, or any verbal/non-verbal conduct of sexual nature.
Complaints must not be made frivolously or with malicious intent. Misuse of ICC can lead to punitive action under UGC Regulations 2015.
