STATUTORY DECLARATION

This statutory declaration is made pursuant to Section 4(1)(b) of the Right to Information Act, 2005. 3. Categories of records maintained and the procedure to obtain information.
4. Fee structure, modes of payment and fee exemptions (including BPL exemption) as applicable under the RTI rules.
5. Any other information as required under Section 4(1)(b) of the RTI Act.

Citizens seeking information under the RTI Act should submit a written application along with the prescribed fee (if applicable), and may state whether they belong to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category and enclose proof if applicable.

How to apply under RTI: Application should be submitted in writing to the PIO with (a) your name and address for correspondence; (b) a clear description of the information required; (c) the period to which the information relates; and (d) the prescribed fee or proof of BPL status if exemption is claimed.
